Top 10 Christmas Movies

In today’s post I thought I’d share with you my top 10 favourite Christmas movies.

Now that the Christmas tree is up, I find myself just wanting to lounge in my pjs (nothing new here tbh), wrap up in a nice warm blanket, eat rubbish and watch Christmas films.
Our living room definitely has that festive cozy vibe going on at the moment.

I've compiled my top 10 Christmas films for you  (in no particular order) that all the family are sure to enjoy together.

Home Alone

(ok perhaps this one has to be in order and placed at the top) - everything about this film makes me feel ‘Christmassy’ from The McCallisters huge house, the music and poor Kevin Being on his own at Christmas time.

The Holiday

Kate winslet's speech towards the end still gets me
to this day.

Love Actually

It’s just so British! Not come across a good ole British Christmas classic in a long time.

Miracle on 34th street

What’s not to love about little Mara Wilson, and the delight in seeing her finally believe in Santa

Arthur Christmas

I only watched this a couple of years ago for the first time and it was a huge hit in our household. I’m not normally one for an animated movie but this is good stuff!!

The polar express

something eerily creepy yet so good about this film. Another animated classic

The Santa Claus

I remember watching this old classic every Christmas with my family so this one is all about the memories for me.

Disney’s The Santa Claus

Another fairly oldie but goldie.. so good they made 3!
The snowman

 need I say anything more?
The best time to watch this is definitely Christmas Eve.

Home alone 2

because duh .. if home alone is top of my list then it’s obvious this wasn’t going to be far behind.

So there you have it. What do you think of
My movie choice ? Any you haven't seen but would like to?

I've never watched the Grinch before and I’m forever being told I need to watch it! So I aim to make that my mission this Christmas

And of course I’m welcome to suggestions on more films to watch.  So hit me up.

Until tomorrow folks xx
